YOU Are Funding Forced Abortions In China

You are funding forced abortions in China.  So am I.  Not only elective abortions.  Forced abortions.  It doesn’t matter whether you are pro-life or pro-choice on this issue.  No one can support forced abortion, because it is not a choice…

We are helping finance the infrastructure used in coercive family planning in China.  The international community funds UNFPA (United Nations Family Planning Fund), as well as IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation), and Marie Stopes International.  These organizations are operative “abortion providers” in China.

So how do we all support this?

• UNFPA is entirely supported by voluntary contributions of donor governments, intergovernmental organizations, private sector groups and foundations and individuals, not by the UN regular budget. In 2005, most UN Member States – some 172 countries – contributed to UNFPA.  An investigation by the Population Research Institute (PRI) in US, showed  that the UN is working with the communist dictatorship ruling mainland China to enforce its barbaric “one-child” policy — complete with forced abortions, involuntary sterilization, kidnapping of “illegal” children, and other brutal tactics.  

• IPPF say on their site that ”IPPF is ready to strengthen our partnership with China…” and ”IPPF has supported CFPA’s activities including adolescent reproductive health and HIV prevention for minority groups. CFPA and IPPF discussed future development. Vice Premier Liu confirmed China’s continued commitment to population dynamics and sexual and reproductive health and rights. Both Vice Premier and President of CFPA shared and support IPPF’s vision 2020. Premier Li Keqiang meanwhile confirmed his government’s commitment on family planning and partnership with IPPF and expressed support for the organization being recognized as the leading NGO on SRHR.

• Marie Stopes in turn are working hand in hand with the Chinese Communist population control machine also, which has been notorious in its excesses.  And the website for Marie Stopes International, lists as “major partners” the Family Planning Commissions of several provinces in China. They also have ”mobile outreach teams” that claim they’re delivering counselling and high quality voluntary family planning services. The mobile team will be based in a host facility, usually a rural health centre, but sometimes a school, workplace or even a purpose-built tent. The team will then transform the local facility into an infection free environment to deliver intrauterine devices (IUDs), implants, female sterilisations, vasectomies, short-term contraception and other reproductive health services…

I found other things about Marie Stopes that I will write about, some weird ‘coincidences’…
