I have said this before and will no doubt say it again but what the hell is wrong with people who deliberately harm animals , people who participate in cruelty for pleasure or entertainment?

Don’t these country’s governing bodies understand, or see these massive brutality, done towards innocent sentient beings? Spends the tax payers money to build their own gains while ignoring the Animal welfare issues such as these. Please prosecute the ruthless people who abuse these gentle animals with such cruel manner. Make Animal cruelty a “felony”. Bring forth the laws, & punish the people who treats these Bulls so cruelly & gruesomely. These type of unnecessary brutality showering up on the vulnerable animals should be punishable with a hefty fine & a jail time. Please look in to these voiceless animals welfare ASAP. Thanks.
